Neck pain



Neck pain normally occurs when there is lot of stress. Your bad posture at work time gives you neck pain. Neck pain is related to your spinal cord and brain. Exercise is the best remedy for neck pain. Give neck exercise daily. Put your head forward and backward slowly. Clockwise and anti clockwise movement of neck is another exercise. You can do these exercises at any time. It takes 5-10 minutes. If your neck is stiff put ice bag on your neck for relief. Once the inflammation is reduced give hot treatment. Have a hot bath especially on neck. Heating pad is also preferable. Use proper sitting position. Do not bend your neck too much while working. Take periodical break. Do not try any painkiller for relief. If your neck pain is due to any other disease you have to see your doctor for proper remedy.
